Stop Cleaning Your Apartment. Host Your Holiday Party at Birch Road.

Every October I start getting the same question from people who have toured the club and not yet joined. Can we use Birch Road for a private event?
Yes. Always yes.
Non-members are welcome to host private events at Birch Road. And honestly, the holiday season is one of the best times to do it.
HERE IS WHAT HOSTING ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
You pick the date. We make the space available. You bring whatever you want to drink and order from wherever you want to eat. There is no food and beverage minimum, no mandatory catering, no corkage fee. The space is yours for the evening.
At the end of the night you go home. Someone else deals with the cleanup.
I have watched members host birthday dinners, friendsgivings, client events, team celebrations, neighborhood gatherings, and the kind of low-key holiday party where it is hard to get people to leave at the end of the night because the conversation is just too good. Every event is different. The host’s comment is always the same: You make this so easy.
WHY THIS WORKS BETTER THAN A RESTAURANT
Restaurant private dining rooms come with strings attached. A minimum you have to hit before the room is yours. A wine list marked up to cover costs you did not ask for. A timeline the kitchen is managing, not you.
Birch Road does not work that way. You are in control of the details, the budget, the menu, and you have our experienced event coordinators with you every step of the way.
Bring the Burgundy you have been saving. Order from your favorite spot in the neighborhood. Stay until you are ready to leave. That is the whole deal.
THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM
Some of our longest tenured members were introduced to Birch Road at a private event.

There is something about being in a space that is genuinely private, where everyone in the room is there because you invited them, that changes the energy of an evening. It feels different from a restaurant. It feels different from a bar. It feels like yours.
That is what Birch Road is for members every time they walk in. A private event is a good way to feel it before you decide.
WHAT WE HAVE AT EACH LOCATION
Chicago Lincoln Park and Roscoe Village, Seattle First Hill, and Denver Highlands each have their own character. Lincoln Park is ideal for the kind of holiday party where parking and beverage minimums have always been the headache. Seattle is a short walk from the Convention Center, perfect for post-conference gatherings or client dinners. Denver is built for team events and the company celebrations that deserve a better backdrop than a restaurant back room.
Details and availability vary by location. The best way to see the space is to come in.
